Counseling Throughout The Lifespan
Daniella Marchick

Counselor, Consultant & Speaker

Thank you for visiting my website and exploring getting yourself support. We are in unprecedented challenging times that are filled with grief, confusion, and sorrow. Together we can allow ourselves to feel these truths and navigate how to deal with the feelings of overwhelm. You deserve compassion, support, and guidance. I would like to work together with you to navigate the waves of the ocean of life through online therapy or online consulting.

My philosophy is that in every stage of life there is an opportunity for personal growth and acceptance of self. Together we will, discuss how to navigate family dynamics, and learn about self-care. Exploring and establishing healthy habits can help you find balance and feel successful.

"Don't be shy about asking for help. It does not mean you are weak, it only means you are wise."

Are you a part of the great generation (75+) and trying to deal with this last stage of life? Trying to deal with the grief of outliving your loved ones? Are you wondering about the quality vs. quantity of life? Working with a therapist who is trained in Gerontology and has dedicated her career to this population can help you.

Do you identify as a Baby Boomer (60s & 70s)? Are you wondering if you’re doing this caregiving thing correctly and can it be less stressful? Could you use support with changing life stages into retirement or being a grandparent? Are you asking yourself, are these changes part of normal aging? Let’s ride this wave of change together and make thoughtful decisions.

Are you in your midlife, Generation X (40+), and curious about whether you’re living the life you want and you are setting myself up for success? Should you get a divorce or do you just need to be more authentic in your relationship? You notice you are you turning into your parents and at the same time what you need to think about as they age. Need help with siblings as your parents age?

#Millennial? Are you asking yourself what is my place in this ever-changing world? Can you live your life more intentionally with a career and relationships (including with yourself) that feel good? Are you implementing these “healthy boundaries” correctly? Can you leave some of the pain from your past behind? Do you know how to separate my own ideas, desires, goals from your friends, family, and culture? During this stage in life, we are ready to step deeper into the life we want and therapy is a place to explore how to get there.

You’re 20, will your life fall into place? How can you become independent from your parents? Is this relationship or workplace healthy? Why is your default response anger/sadness/shutdown? Is your relationship to drugs and alcohol ok? Working with a therapist is an investment in learning about oneself.

“Waves are inspiring not because they rise and fall, but because each time they fall they never fail to rise again.”
