Would you like access to counseling from the comfort of your own home or office? I offer Telehealth therapy in Florida and Oregon.

Telehealth therapy is a great way to access counseling where you have more flexibility in scheduling. You do not have to factor in drive time, travel or traffic. So if you have a busy day with many commitments and limited time, then online counseling may be a good choice. It is a great fit for people who cannot leave a loved one home alone but can step into another room for an hour.

Telehealth (or telemedicine) is a fairly recent innovation. Telehealth counseling allows the facilitation of health-related services to patients via live video conferencing. You can have therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home or in the office through HIPAA compliant and encrypted video technology. It is similar to using Skype or Facetime, however we use Zoom secure service that has end-to-end encryption. All you need is a smartphone, laptop or computer with a webcam, a strong internet connection and a quiet place where you feel you will have complete privacy and you are all set.

Online counseling is not a good fit for everyone, however in our free consultation, I can determine if this type of counseling best meets your needs. However, it does allow you to receive counseling services from wherever you are if you are a primary resident of Oregon or Florida.
